If you are new to Sacred Space you will be asked to fill out a brief health history and a consent form. Please alert your therapist to any health conditions or medications that could be affected by massage, and if you have any sensitivities to scents or creams and oils.  During your massage the lights will be low and music will be playing softly, the massage table will be warm and blankets will be provided.  Your therapist will use either creme, lotion, or oil and may include some type of aromatherapy.  Please be sure to let your therapist know  if you are experiencing any discomfort, or if there is anything he/she can do to make your experience more enjoyable.
